How does the service work?
1. Sign up on-line and we will provide you with a toll-free
dial-in number (area code 800, 888, 866 or 877), a conference code and
a leader PIN.
You get 100 free conferencing minutes to test
the system and make calls after which you can
continue with the service or cancel by e-mail.
2. To conduct any conference call give your participants the conference date/time, the
dial-in number and the conference code.
A reservation
is never needed; your numbers are on all the time.
3. Everyone dials in, enters the conference code and the leader
enters the leader PIN and the
conference call will begin.

Can I get a toll-free dial-in
number so that my attendees don't pay for the long-distance
call?
Yes! Your Reservationless-Plus toll-free dial-in number will be
free to domestic US and Canadian participants.

How much can I save with Reservationless-Plus?
It depends on who you now use for audio conferencing.
Long-distance carriers like AT&T are generally the most
expensive, while there are dozens of independent service
providers whose prices may vary. You can ask them about 12¢
per minute conference calls during prime business hours,
but they probably will not offer anything with the breadth of
features like Reservationless-Plus. Send us a recent bill from
your current provider and we will be happy to show you how much
you could have saved with Reservationless-Plus.

Will I pay for a whole
month if I sign-up after the first?
Reservationless-Plus service is purely usage based. In
other words, we only charge for the actual minutes that you
actually participate in a conference call. If you don't

I need only
one or two calls this month and then will not need the service
again. Can I still sign-up?
Yes. Our SimplicityCall Per Minute Plan is what is
known as a "Measured Service". In other words, you only
pay for what you actually use. There are no minimums, no
set-up fees, no contracts and no monthly fees. If you don't make a call this
month then you will not receive a bill.

Can I have more than one
conference call going at the same time?
With one account you can have conference calls whenever you want, but they cannot
overlap. For instance if you schedule a one hour conference call
at 10:00 and another at 11:00 then you run the risk of your 11 o'clock
parties joining your 10 o'clock call before it is finished. You
may want to leave a 15 minute transition "gap" between scheduled
calls.
If this is an issue for you, we can provide you with additional
accounts so that conference calls do not overlap. There is
no cost associated with having multiple Reservationless-Plus Per
Minute accounts.

What features are available for
individual participants on a conference call?
(*0) - Operator Assistance. The conference operator will join
the conference and be heard by all participants.
(00) - Operator Assistance - Private. The conference operator
will pull the requestor out of the conference to talk with them
privately. The other participants will not hear.
(*6/#6) - Mute My Line/Unmute My Line. Participants will continue to hear the
conference call but will not be heard by others on the call.
Pressing #6 will un-mute the participant. Folks with
noisy cell phones and callers with lots of background noise will
appreciate this feature. So will everyone else on the call.
(*#) - Participant Count.
(**) - Hear a list of available keypad commands.

What features are available for the
conference call Leader?
(*0) - Operator Assistance. The conference operator will join
the conference and be heard by all participants.
(00) - Operator Assistance - Private. The conference operator
will pull the requestor out of the conference to talk with them

(*1) - Dial-out to a Domestic Participant.
(*2) - Record a Call. Press *2 and follow the instructions to begin
recording the call for future replay. Press *2 again to end recording.
(*3) - Change Entry/Exit Method (recorded names, tones or silence).
(*4) - Private Roll Call
(*5/#5) - Mute/Unmute Participant Lines. Also called Lecture mode.
(*6/#6) - Mute/Unmute My Line. Participants will continue to hear the
conference call but will not be heard by others on the call.
Pressing #6 will un-mute the participant. Folks with

appreciate this feature. So will everyone else on the call.
(*7) - Lock/Unlock Conference. Will lock the call and prevent
additional callers from joining the call. Press #7 to un-lock the

Can I record a conference call and
have folks listen to it later?
Yes. During your conference call the Leader can press *2 to
begin the recording. After the call you will receive an
e-mail with a dial-in number and recording code for you to listen to
the recording. The e-mail also contains a link to listen to the
call on your computer and options for obtaining a transcript, CD or
MP3 file. Recorded conference calls will be archived for 30
days.

Can I get an MP3 of my conference call?
It is easy to take advantage of this optional Reservationless-Plus service.
Record the call as described above and then exercise the options in
the e-mail at least a day before the 30 days are up on
your recording. We will transfer the recording to either a
CD ($45.00 sent first class mail) or MP3 file ($40.00 delivered via
our ftp site).

How many people can I get on a
conference call?
Your Reservationless-Plus service comes with a capacity for
125 participants. If you should need more line for your
call. Just let us know and we can increase the limit.
There is no extra charge for large call, though you may want to
consider an Operator Assisted call for large audiences that will
require an orderly Question and Answer mode.

Is it possible to have an
operator assist with our call?
Reservationless-Plus calls feature a Conference Operator
available at all times. Just press *0 or 00. We

equipment will be busy?
Reservationless-Plus has never been overwhelmed with call traffic.
We monitor capacity constantly and maintain standing orders for
additional ports. We install excess capacity long before
it is ever needed.

How do you handle
international callers?
The Reservationless-Plus 800 Toll-free Dial-in number is for US and
Canadian callers. There is a direct dial-in number assigned for
callers from overseas. There are also special overseas 800
numbers available on request.

How many conference calls can
I make in a month?
There is no limit. They just cannot overlap. We
can open additional accounts for no added charge.

Does each caller need a Passcode
or just the host? Why two Passcodes?
Your confirmation for Reservationless-Plus account will include your
permanent Dial-in Number, Moderator Code and Participant Code.
You give the Participant Code and Dial-in Number to all your
participants. The conference will not begin until the
Moderator dials in and enters the Moderator Code. This is a very
effective security measure.

Can I add callers once the call has
started?
Yes. There will be a tone when an additional participant has
joined the conference call. Likewise there is another tone when
someone leaves the call.

Do I have to make a reservation for my
conference call?
No. There is no need to make a reservation. Your
service is "on" and available for conference calls 24 hours a day and
7 days a week. We do not expect you to let us know when you are
planning to have a conference call.

Can I dial out to a participant?
No. There is no dial-out feature available.

Will I hear a difference in sound or
voice quality?
You will not hear any difference between a SimplicityCall
Conference Call and a normal long-distance call. We use
high-quality
long-distance carriers. It is a
good idea to avoid cordless phone, cell phones and speaker phones
wherever possible on any conference call because they can sometimes
introduce noise on the line.
