- "We talked about so much I couldn't take notes, so now I will play it back and concentrate on the summary."
- "I give this pitch about seventy times a day, it would be nice to give my voice a rest."
How can you use a recording and playback of your conference call?
Recording a Call
After your participants have all dialed in, to begin the recording sequence the Leader can press *3.
To stop recording, Leader presses *3, again.
Please note: recordings are kept for 30 days. The system will keep any number of recorded conferences, each filed by the Conference ID and a four digit identifier automatically assigned by the system. Request the four digit identifier or request a download with the “Recorded Call Order Form” below.
Orders placed before Noon Pacific time, Monday through Friday are generally filled before the end of the business day.
